1. Digital Products and Video Courses
Since all of our courses are delivered digitally (video lessons, tutorials, and downloadable content), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the course has been purchased. This is because the digital content is immediately accessible after purchase, and we cannot retract the material once it has been viewed.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you experience any technical issues or difficulty accessing your courses, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
2. Course Enrollment and Cancellation
If you have enrolled in a live course or a coaching session and wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation before the course begins: You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the start of the course for a full refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the course start time: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the course beginning.
If you need to reschedule your course, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request a reschedule. Any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the start of the course will not be accepted.

If you encounter technical issues with accessing your purchased video lessons, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue, and if needed, we will provide an alternative method for accessing the content.
